• Shipping Charges: Shipping charges apply to all orders and are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the total weight of your package. We do not offer free shipping.

• Returns & Exchanges:
  We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
  However, we offer exchanges in the following situations:

  • If the product received has a size issue

  • If the product is damaged or defective

  Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order. Requests received after this period will not be eligible.

• Unboxing Video Requirement:
  We request all customers to record an unboxing video while opening their parcel. The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the product inside. This serves as necessary proof for verifying any damage or defect claims.

• Order Accuracy:
  Please ensure all product details, including size and design, are correct before placing your order. Once an order is placed, changes cannot be guaranteed.
